It eliminates excessive liquids and toxins from the tissues, using light strokes through the lymphatic system. It is a wonderful solution for swelling or a sensation of heaviness in the body, especially the legs and abdomen.
This type of massage works also by eliminating the dryness of skin and flushing out toxic, fatty deposits that causes cellulite.
*In this sort of massage (for better results), I fully recommend a course of 5 massages, including at least one session per week.
